On the Standard plan, after each job you text or email us the customer name and number — takes about ten seconds. On the Pro plan, your existing software triggers it automatically when a job closes.
Do I need to change my current software or workflow?+
On Standard — no. One extra text after each job is all that’s required. On Pro, we connect directly to your existing system so nothing changes on your end at all.
Is this compliant with TCPA and FTC rules?+
Yes. Every message includes opt-out instructions and is sent through our A2P 10DLC registered Twilio campaign. The Google review link is sent to all customers regardless of rating — we never gate it, which is an FTC requirement.
What if my business has multiple locations?+
The Multi-Location tier covers you. Each location gets its own dedicated number and branding, with a centralized dashboard showing performance across all locations. $1,500 one-time setup + $200/month per location.
